it is recommended to book your skydiving at least 2 weeks in advance in order to make sure that the requested time and date are available.

When booking a tandem skydiving experience, we ask that accurate information of the participants is given (including weight and height). Skydiving is possible due to the ratio of height and weight of the participants. When booking, the information must be recorded accurately. There are cases where we cannot confirm a skydiver, even if they do not exceed our physical limitations given prior to the skydiving.

On the morning of the skydiving,  please contact us to make sure that the skydiving activity takes place as planned.

Skydiving may be canceled at any time due to weather changes, air closures, aircraft problems or any other safety factors.

The height of the jump is a crucial factor in the freefall experience and is dependent on weather and aircraft activity. Changes may be made due to these conditions, even during the flight.

If you wish to cancel or postpone your reservation less than 48 hours before your tandem skydive booking date & time, we would be forced to charge 150 shekels Handling Fee for each jumper.

In cases of a prepaid reservation, refund will be possible up to 14 days from the date of the payment (the Company's offices also operate on Saturdays and holidays).

The skydiver must be wearing comfortable sportswear. In the winter, you will need several warm layers, gloves and neck warmers. It is important to wear close-toed shoes with no heels. Close-toed shoes are also required in the summer and the skydiver should not wear shorts or tank tops.

If the participant is under the age of 18, the parents/legal guardians must fill in forms that include a copy of the guardian’s ID cards/passports. The forms will be given on the day of the jump.

If the participant is above the age of 65, a medical form confirming the skydive is required to be filled out by a family doctor.

Minor physical problems may prevent the jump (i.e. shoulder dislocation, herniated disc, ear and nose complications, and other issues that the staff deems appropriate). At the time of booking, you must inform us of any and all medical conditions, even if it does not appear likely to affect your ability to skydive. We will instruct on further action. There are situations in which we cannot confirm a jump until an in-depth clarification of the medical problem is made.

Tandem skydive is not permitted under the influence of drugs or alcohol..

Tandem skydive is not permitted 24 hours after Scuba diving.

Tandem skydive is not permitted in pregnancy.

The stay can take up to 4 hours including waiting times.

Each participant must sign a health declaration form as well as additional forms

it is possible to add and upgrade the jump and photography of the reserved tandem skydive on the day of the skydiving, depending on various restrictions.

Jet Tandem is available only on Fridays and Saturdays, and is depending on a proper weather conditions.

We ask not to bring food and drinks to Paradive’s facility. However, It is advised not to skydive when you are very hungry nor following a heavy meal. tandem passengers are advised to eat a light meal beforehand and drink plenty of water.

Dogs and pets are not allowed in Paradive’s facility.

If purchased a gift-card, you may book your skydiving date at least one month from the date of the payment.

Tandem skydiving is an activity involving risks. Please make sure you have adequate insurance for skydiving.
